CGC Viareggio informs that the deadline for all requests concerning guest pass and press pass is 24 hours before the match. All requests must be accompanied with a clear and legible signature of the applicants, who must always present themselves. Regarding press pass, a copy of the national Order of Journalists press card given to journalists, photographers and operators of TV and radio stations must be attached to the request, which must be sent only via e-mail at the Viareggio Cup press office (ufficiostampa@torneoviareggio.it).

The issue of press passes giving access to the press box is subject to availability. Radio stations are given one press pass and TV stations are given two press passes. Video cameras can be used only for the interviews and footage of the matches for commercial purposes is stricly forbidden, since Italian national television RAI holds the exclusive rights to broadcast Viareggio Cup games.

Guest pass requests on behalf of football clubs and authorities must be presented to Mr Claudio Stefano Poletti (telephone number +39 0584 1701649, e-mail accrediti.societa@torneoviareggio.it, fax number 0584 1701648). Applicants must always present themselves. Serie A and Serie B clubs applying for requests are given one guest pass for any group stage game. Lega Pro clubs and non-professional clubs are not given guest passes, except those who participate in the tournament.

From the Round of 16 on and for the whole knockout stage, the guest pass is given only to Viareggio Cup participating clubs. Moreover, guest passes are not issued to FIFA agents nor to football agents. All requests submitted beyond the specified time and date will be unchallengeably rejcted.
